Staff Sgt. Bradley C. Hart was from Perrysburg, less than 10 miles southwest of Toledo. The Department of Defense says Hart died Thursday at Camp Lemonnier in Djibouti after he was injured in a noncombat incident. The military didn't release details of what happened. Hart was assigned to the U.S. Army Special Operations Command at Fort Bragg, N.C.
