Sgt. Christina E. Smith, 29 of Fayetteville, North Carolina died Sept. 30, 2008 in Fayetteville. She was a graphic artist in the U.S. Army 4th Psychological Operations Group in Fort Bragg, North Carolina She graduated Cum Laude from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and entered the U.S. Army in Sept. 2005. Earning awards that include the Army Achievement Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal and the Korea Defense Service Medal.
