There are two steps to the
registration process that you will
need to complete in order for all the
required data to be gathered:
1. Go to the National
Web-SiteHERE and register for
membership access to the National
Forum and Site. (This step is a
requirement prior to submitting your
application.) Note: All data is kept
within the Ohio Patriot Guard Riders
and not released to any outside
agencies.
2. Then
complete the Online Application below.
Once we receive your application The
State Captain will contact you by
e-mail and introduce Himself to you.
